Per our roundtable discussion, here is more information on Marcellus Williams. This is a new story that we heard about less than an hour before doing our podcast. So far, the only correction is that I heard the previous governor issued a "stay" back in 2015. Other news are reporting it was 2017. Either way, we will keep you updated on this story!

Marcellus Williams
Marcellus Williams was convicted back in 1998 for a crime he didn't commit. He is scheduled for execution on September 24, 2024, even though DNA proves his innocence.
